Introduction to the Autogenous Mill:
Autogenous mill, also known as no-media mill. It's characteristic is the grinded mineral (material) itself working as the grinding media. Mineral is fed into the horizontal shell from one end, with a certain rotary speed motivated & lifted by liner, mineral chunks impact & grind with each other, then the fine product is discharged by air force (dry type mill) or liner of discharging end (wet type mill).

Features and benefits of Autogenous Mill:
This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control ) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace , the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scale board. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
Ball mill, an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder is used to grind many kinds of mine and other materials, or to select the mine. It is widely used in building material, chemical industry, etc. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different forms of discharging material.

Application of autogenous mill:

The autogenous mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grid type and overflow type due to different ways of discharging material.

Working Principle of Autogenous Mill:
The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
