Technical characteristics:

1. The drum is of integral,tow-part and four-part structure;

2. The drum groove adopts machined spiral one,curve one or pressed spiral groove by wooden and plastic liner,rope transition device between layers;

3. Adopt disk brake with back cylinder,electric-hydro control.the hydraulic station is of two types of medium-low and medium-high pressure.the ML,pressure one has 2-stage of constant braking force electric delay and hydraulic delay,while the MH pressure one has 2-stage brake of constant speed-reducing and constant breaking torque.it can be equipped with pressure sensor and relay;

4. The spindle is friction-connected with the drum by large plane torque;

5. The signal monitor device composed of photo encoder,synchro and DC low-speed tachometer has the function of perfect monitor and protect such as;over-speed,overwind,depth indicating failure,break-shoe wear,spring fatigue etc.

6. The console is of integral and separated type,all equipped with integrated pllot lamp,reliable electric instrument and new unit operating handle,also the digital depth indicator and the system combined digital and screw depth indication,the specific panel with industrial TV or computer,printer,etc.

7. The pulley is of integral or two-part welded structure,supported by rolling bearing,friction liner of PVC or nylon on the rim;

8. It can be configurated with mine hoist net work.

Themotor supplies power to the drum winded with ropes through the reducer,realizing lifting and lowering of the container.the speed adjustment is through the electric drive.the disk brake is hydraulic and electric container.the container depth is indicated through various position indicating system.the sensors and control units compose of the mechanical.electric and hydraulic combined control system for the monitor and protect of the whole set.the message transmission in and out the hoist is realized by computer and network technology.
