Vertical roller mill (known as vertical mill) has the features of good process performance and low energy consumption. The comminution technique trends to its development. This mill grinds the particles in a limited bed in principle of a particle bed comminution to improve the energy availability and reduce the energy consumption by 30% or so. In the integration with the high efficient separator of the third generation it improves the separation efficiency considerably, enhances the output in the system and optimizes the product size distribution. The mill suns in a negative chamber plus a compact intermediate to prevent the dust escape from the system in order to achieve a environment-friendly operation. Feature:

Vertical roller mill for slag: Roller is designed in 2+2 and 3+3 which is more suitable for milling the clinker and the slag. The main roller and the assist roller are arranged symmetrically. The assist roller compacts the bed and the air is let out in the gap between particle before the main roller grinds in the stable particle bed to absorb the possible vibration.
