Application scope:

Mainly used in pulverizing of raw materials and clinker in cement press system, and also used in pulverizing of other frangible materials for ferrous or nonferrous metal mine, coal, chemical engineering, etc.

Working principle:

The roller mill is consisted of two same and synchronized rotating crushing rollers, one is fixed, the other is movable. The material is fed over-roller and brought in rollers' space by crushing roller continuously. After high-pressure, the material become firm round cakes got out of the machine, besides a certain scale of fine material in it, and the unfinished product particles will produce a great quantity of cracks inside, consequently, it would large reduce power consumption largely during the further grinding process.
